All our modular built homes come with central heating, double glazing, a fully landscaped garden and parking for two cars. They are built to a British Standard BS3632 and are all protected with a Gold Shield ten year warranty. The first step is to arrange a convenient time to come and visit us. We will be delighted to show you around giving you time to explore undisturbed when it feels right to do so. We’ll introduce you to the Residential Park lifestyle and the wonderful opportunity awaiting you.
We will help you choose the size as well as the position of your plot, there are a few factors to consider here. These can include how much sun you would like, the type of outlook you are looking for and whether you would like a quieter or busier location.
Our homes are built by the best providers available in the UK and include manufacturers such as Prestige, Omar and Stately Albion. We will help you choose the right home depending on your requirements, our expertise will also guide you if you are not quite sure. By listening to your lifestyle, your needs and your inspiration we will help you identify the ideal model.
Once you have chosen the model you would like we begin with the internal layout of your new home. Each room is thoughtfully integrated into the space to maximise your preferred living requirements. The design of each room is then carefully considered to discover the perfect style you have always wanted.
